angry of taffic jam (sth=something) of:事件

angry with (somebody) = 對某人發怒
e.g. I was angry with Peter for keeping me waiting (我很生他的氣﹐因為他讓我等了很久)

angry at (something) = 對某事發怒
e.g. I was angry at the delay (我對這種拖延感到氣憤)

angry about (something) = 對...生氣
e.g. Dnt be angry about that. (不要因此而生氣了)
