Firstly, you must be 18 years old or above coz it's supposed to be kind of adult modification. Then, you can type wordings "sims pregnant teen" for searching proper websites at yahoo search engine.
It's not kind of cheat code but a hack to change the original game setting. Please read the instruction carefully before downloading.
