If you are not listed, you don't need to disclose the whole financial status of your company in public as required.

There's nothing better than List your company on board for generating enought cash from the public.

2. 小公司比較好經營，不需要股東意見

融資可能比上市好，不過都是因人而異。通常能不上市就不上市，因為通常上市就是等於資金不足而沒有辦法借到更多的錢。
