Printer 用唔到, help me !

本人有部 brother 4合1 printer, 型號:mfc-425cn, 唔知點解無端端用唔到, 我已經嘗試刪除左再裝過都唔得, 現在 print 唔到野, scan 又得, 只可 fax, 吓! 我是用network cable線連接電腦, 唔係用usb線, 電腦顯示 no device 字樣, 即係點解, 其實是部機本身壞定條cable線有問題, 或是連接網絡的分流器壞, 請高人幫幫手, thank!

trouble-shooting step-by-step1. Checking the power is on or off
2. Checking the PC can detect this printing device or not.
3. if not, means that no electrial contact.
4. try download from internet the most updated printer driver
5. if warranty is still valid, use the favourable terms and conditions for yourself
6. Finally , try usb ; if usb is ok means possibly should have some configuration needs to be completed
