can someone pls explain the differences between monkey's hands/feet and man's?

Monkeys have thumbs (prehensile digits) on their feet, as well as their hands. Humans have them only on their hands.

Man's thumb can be in the opposite direction of the other fingers of the same hand which gives him much more dexterity. Man's feet are more adapted to the upward position.
