should primary school students wear school uniform to school

I think primary school students should wear uniform to school. The followings are my arguments.

1) Parents do not need to waste money.
If students are allowed to wear causal clothes to school, then parents will have to spend extra money on buying clothes.

2) Development of students
Students may want to wear branded name clothes to school to show off. This is harm the development of students and students may become materialist.

3) Image of the School
School always require students to be tidy and neatly, because a tidy studnet will have a positive image of the school. If students are allowed to wear casual, this cannot reflect a positive image to the school.
