國際車牌–正式名稱應該是：國際駕駛準許証。International driving permit.
這個証件並不需要考取的。
國際駕駛準許証是由當地政府運輸機構，發給該地區之駕駛人仕，方便他們在其他國家或地區駕駛時使用。
如果要申請國際駕駛準許証，你一定先要在你居住的國家或地區，成功考取正式的駕駛執照，再向當地政府運輸機構申請。
如果想用旅行形式考取其他國家或地區之國際車牌，似乎機會很微。
