red blood cell and carbon dioxide

During respiration , carbon dioxide produced combines with water in red blood cell . I know that hydrogen ions and hydrogencarbonate ions are formed . But will the hydrogen ions affect the pH value of red blood cells ?

係會架.
其實H ions可以帶來酸性,
會令pH值下降.
當H ions combine with reb blood cell之後,
佢個H ions就發揮酸0既特性,
令red blood cell的pH值有所改變.
但唔會太大, 只係輕微.
其實仲有個Blood buffer system黎maintain pH value架.
利用red blood cell 入面既HCO-, phosphate equilibrium, haemoglobin同plasma protein黎中和返d酸性
