Following th steps:
In the old computer
- go to device manager, change the computer drivers ACPI PC/ACPI Mutli-processor PC to standard PC, then change the IDE controller to standard IDE.
- reboot the computer and let it re-detect the drivers.
- clone the disk using ghost.
- installed the cloned disk in new computer.
- change the computer drivers back to ACPI PC/ACPI multi-processor and the standard IDE to enhanced IDE.
