The standard HKU SPACE application form (SF26) should be sent to Ms Ka Ng, 5/F, TT Tsui Building, HKU, Pokfulam Road, HK, with all following documents required:

Copies of academic certificates;
A letter outlining the applicant's education, training and working experience, and stating how he/she would benefit from the programme;
Resume;
A crossed cheque for HK$150 made payable to "HKU SPACE".
