HP, Dell , IBM 好 I do not like acer

512 MB DDR2 RAM < not ok for Vista need 1G minimum
160 GB SATA2 HARDDISK< OK
DVD COMBO
Geforce FX5500 256MB 圖像卡 < very old not for Vista need Geforce 7300
Do not know what CPU so may be very old CPU as well

Acer/HP/Dell/IBM are all good brand, the OEM with Windows Vista should cover your budget ...
I like Acer advanced design in the chassis ... and HP reliability, Dell support ...
IBM durability ....
