1) Charity
Dickens described the way Scroodge saw "chartiy" throughout the book. Scroodged changed from being a selfish stingy to very generous (after the ghosts visits).
2) Greed
Scrooge's so consumed with his money that he neglects the people around him. Due to his greed, he lost his love - Belle, made Bob Cratchit and his family poor, didn't spare a penny to his poor nephew - Fred.
3) Regret
Marley regrets he missed out on happiness. Scroodge regrets his neglect to his nephew, son of his beloved sister; his harshness to a little choir boy; being mean to his clerk; how he treated Belle and gave up on their relationship over his greed...etc.
