The first four are possible Japanese surnames:
藍田 Aida
白田 Shirata
錦田 Nishikida
側田 Sobata
The last two are definitely a joke. Very stupid so to speak -- I don't know what joefungck is thinking.

Addendum 1:I made a mistake on the last one. A search from the online dictionary yields:沙田 -- Sunata, MasudaIt is VERY rare though. And a quick search on Yahoo Japan shows 沙田 is most likely pronounced Masuda.

Addendum 2:側田 is also a very rare surname. Although a quick search on Yahoo Japan yields mostly Justin Lo-related matters, this surname DOES exist in the Japanese population. See below for example:

Addendum 3:Sorry 大話精, but 何文田 does NOT really exist as a surname. A quick search on ”何文田”only yields that Kowloon place, that's it. No exceptions.
