I'm now using netvigator but the contract will be expired. Would anyone give me some suggestions for new service providers?
I only use around 40 hours a month for internet services and only for checking emails.

I suggest HKBN, i feel it's quite good and i joined it.I used PCCW before but it's very bad. Always offline for no reason.
Hutchison service so bad, Cable speed is slow.
You need to ask the cover range of HKBN that is include your home.
