phy 兩條問題

1. Because you know that the ice melt at 0 degrees , and the water boil at 100 degrees, they are easy to observe and easy to to obtain. i.e. use the ice cubes from the fridge, and let it melt, when it become water+ICE mixture, it is at 0 degree. and boil some water by Bunsen flame, soon it will form water + steam mixture it is at 100 degrees.

2. Advantage: Accurate, It is used in the bar for measure to temperature of all the drinks
Disavantge: Slow response, because the the themal expense of the metal is very low.(but faster than non-metal)
