i know what u mean. it's hard to change ur habits but anything change is better than nothing! and u can always start with something small. eg. u can make sure u finish at least 1 thing everyday. 1 homework. 1 house chore. pay 1 bill. anything. but 1 thing everyday! then maybe you can slowly increase that to doing more things everyday.
also, i find that it's best trying to get up around 10am during weekends. then it's not too late. and u still feel like u have whole day to spend! meet ur friends earlier! that'll force u to wake up earlier!
remember, every little change counts. keep it up and u can do it!
