關於兌現支票

一張劃線記名支票(同埋又劃左持票人果度)
但系無(account payee only同埋not negotiable)

甘仲可唔可用背書(即endorse)的形式,將支票轉給其他人兌現..

如果可以的話,甘系咪系支票後面簽返個名,同埋寫返另一個收款人的名字的金額就得啦??

你話那種是order cheque

To transfer/negotiate the cheque to another person, the payee must sign on the back of the cheque i.e. indorse.If the payee simply signs his name, the cheque is said to be indorsed in blank, the cheque then becomes a bearer cheque. If the payee not only signs the cheque but also writes on it 'Pay Mr Wong' of 'Pay Mr Wong or order', it then continues to be order cheque in this case, Mr Wong then has the exclusive right to indorse the cheque further or pay it into his bank account.

就是因為order cheque
後面簽名就可以
