on a street
at a specific location
in a city

e.g. I live on Kowloon Street.
I live at 1 Kowloon Strret.
I live in Kowloon.

I hope you understand what I meant since I don't know how to explain when to use these prepositions, but I do know that this is correct.

on use at refence to day eg I go shopping on Sunday.
at use at points of times eg The class will end at eight o'clock.
in use at period( 時期) eg I have tea in the evening

(on) on the table

(at) at what time

(in) in the airport
