Buy a South China Morning Post on Saturday and Sunday, there are classify post of private teachers (including English, French....etc). There are contact numbers and also you can talk with them via phone before you confirm a class. Some of the French teacher has very strong accent, you may not be able to understand their English (they pronounce English in a French way).
