no more, no less = describing the exact amount or exact value of an event/ a sum of money/ a person.
"Here you go, I am just a student, no more no less"
"You only earn 500 dollars, no more no less."
"You only this get this kind of service in here, no more no less." (if you want a waitress to hug you :P !)
