May I ask the brand & model of the LCD?It's possible that the internal display wires from the lcd panel are loose or short circuit...both of which are production errors..
So if you just bought it, warranty should cover! Even if it's refurbished most manufacturers give you 30-90 days warranty.. (e.g. Samsung, Sony, etc)
So bring it back soon! good luck
