There is a girl who I like and she knows that I like her
Few months before her friend told me that she likes me as well
I gave her roses on the valentines day and we talked for a moment on that day...she said she wasn't ready to go out <==what does that mean!? O.o

更新1:

But after that....She was very cold to me...Like keep avoiding eye contact with me... I asked her to go out twice but she said she was sick >.< So my current problem is that I don't want this situation to happen, I want to get close to her =.=

She is very shy and only has 1 or 2 close friends... How to get out of this situation and what else can I do other than just talking to her? 20 marks for the best answer

I think you should try to understand her situation.
As you have said,she is a shy girl,she may not tell you all her things.For example,her family members may oppose her being in love,so you can never tell unless she tells you about the difficulties she is having.

You can simply tell her that you feel hurt and do not understand when she tried to distance the relationship between you and her.Try to guide her to tell the underlying reasons.If she really loves you,I don't think she will upset you again.
