There is a girl who I like and she knows that I like her
Few months before her friend told me that she likes me as well
I gave her roses on the valentines day and we talked for a moment on that day...she said she wasn't ready to go out <==what does that mean!? O.o

But after that....She was very cold to me...Like keep avoiding eye contact with me... I asked her to go out twice but she said she was sick >.< So my current problem is that I don't want this situation to happen, I want to get close to her=.=

She is very shy and only has 1 or 2 close friends... How to get out of this situation and what else can I do other than just talking to her?

2 ways:

1.I think in this situation, the only thing you have to do is find out the answer why...
Why don't you ask her friend? Or her diretly?
Does she really like you? Does she have any boyfriend? Any problem just happened to her?

2.As you said, she is very shy. I don't think that kind of girl will accept a person at once.
She told you that she wasn't ready to go out, maybe she wants to know more about you before she decided to go out with you.
She needs times. You need to let her know more about you. To let her know how sincere you are.
Don't push so hard, it will scare her.
Then, after you both have more understanding, invite her.
All you have to do is be patient if you really like a shy one.

she said she wan't ready to start with you didn't mean she don't like you. you can give time to her for thinking. Don't give her pressure is better.
