I am recommended by my boss to get this chance for interview, just because of my short working period about eight to nine years. Then I believe that my working performance has been recognized all along.

And being a supervisor, one should be able to work independently. Whatever circumstances he comes across, he can handle matters calmly and deliberately, and can try his best to solve problems for his junior staff. He can also follow the arrangement of his boss and achieve the aim of the department.

My working experience may probably be less than those of the other staff, but I believe that I would not have got this valuable chance if my qualification was inadequate.
