如果你的下屬不服從你的指令,你會怎麼辦?
首先在不影響公作的情況下,作個別會談,瞭解這名下屬所遇到的問題和困難,
盡量協助他/她解決疑難,如果是多過一個下屬不服從的話,我會開一次會議,
在公開、公平的情況下解決這個問題,我亦會請示我的上司的意見及看法,
希望在大家能夠取得共識。

If your subordinate does not obey your instruction,

how you can manage?

First in does not affect in the situation which

male does, makes the individual discussion,

understood this subordinate meets question and difficulty,

Assists him as far as possible/She solves the difficulty,

In public, the fair situation solves this problem,

I also can ask for instructions me boss's opinion and the view,

if is many subordinates do not obey, I can hold a conference,

The hope can obtain the mutual recognition in everybody.

What if your subordinate disobeys your command.
First, without any working influence caused, make you talk to him personally to realize how difficulty he might met and try to help him out of the problems. If more than one subordinates, I would meet them together and resolve that problem under an open and fair situation, and even seek advice from my superior so that we could achieve the consensus.

If your subordinates do not follow your orders, what would you do?

If it was just one subordinate who did not follow orders, I will try to talk to that individual privately, under the condition that normal operations are not affected.

If it was the problem of more then one subordinate, I will call for a meeting and try to understand and resolve the situation publicly and fairly. Further, I will also discuss with my manager his/her opinions and point of view, hoping that consensus will be achieved amoung all the parties.

First, under the condition that this will not affect the company, I would have a talk with him/her face to face. Find out the subordinate's problems and difficulites and try to help him/her solve the problems. If more than one of the subordinates are turning their backs against me, I should hold a meeting under an open and fair condition to solve the problem. I would also ask my boss for ideas and opinions. HOpefully we can come to a compromise.
