15,jan,2007,七時起床,天氣十分好,接著走到地鐵站乘地鐵到九龍灣,之後步行地九龍灣運動埸,之後在觀眾台坐下,等待老師點名,直到十時才開跑,由校長主持開幕禮儀式。跟著每一項跑項就接著開始。雖然我沒有獎項,但是我也十分開心!最後乘地鐵回家。
16, jan,2007,七時起床,今天是第二天運動日,但是今天突然落下大雨來,去到九龍灣運動場的時候,聽到宣佈說今天所有田項也取消,而且所有比賽運動員也要穿上釘鞋,避免受傷,完成各項跑項之後就舉行閉幕禮,最後乘地鐵回家。

15Jan 2007Woke up at 7am, the weather is fine. I walked to the MTR station near my home to travel to Kowloon Bay. When I arrived at kowloon bay station I walked to the Kowloon Bay Sport Ground. I sat the stand and waited for the row call by my teacher. Event start at 10am, the opening ceremony was conducted by the Head Master. Following that the various track event started. Aalthough I did not won any prize, I enjoyed the event. Finally I went home by MTR

Woke up at 7am. Today is the second day of the sports day, but there is heavy rain suddenly. When arrived at the Kowloon Bay Sports Ground. I heard the announcement saying all the field events are cancelled. All participants of the track events will need to wear spiked running shoes to avoid injury. The closing ceremony was held after all the track events are completed. I went home by MTR afterwards
