ask her if she wants to go to study room with you(since exams are coming up)give her something useful for studying(like notes pass exam papper...or if u r doing the same subjects try to discus or even help her out on studying), make her feels that u r JUST trying to help and be a friend who would stand by her...than she will feel less uncomfortable to accept ur gifts or even to date you... dun make fast moves u will freak her out...
