First of all, you should know that what is the different between mass and weight.

Mass -- The mass of a body is a measure of its inertia. Which is scalar and measured in kilogram (kg).

Weight -- The weight of a body is the gravitational attractional force. Which is a vector and measured in newton (N).

A) Correct, as mention above.
B) Correct, as mention above.
C) Correct, actually it is the definition of the both terms.
D) Correct, since the relationship between mass and weight is given by
Weight = Mass x Gravity
W = mg
So they are proportional to each other.
E) INCORRECT, mass is the same everywhere at any time, but weight vary from time
to time and place to place depend on gravity.

which of the following statements about mass and weight is incorrect?
A)mass is measured in kg and weight in N -- CORRECT
B)mass is a scalar while weight is a vector -- CORRECT
C)mass is a measure of the inertial of an object and weight is a measure of the gravitational pull on it . -- CORRECT
D)the weight of an object at a particalar place is proportional to its mass -- CORRECT
E) both the mass and weight of an object vary slightly and different places on the earth -- INCORRECT (mass is always constant, but weight also depends on the gravitatiaonal pull which may be different at different place.)
