hm...i'm not sure about 二手衣物, but if you go to "Fa Yuen Street" near Mongkok, they are lots of export items that they sell for cheap, and i know that if you tell them that you're buying it not for retail usually you get 40% off label price, so it may be another option. because with 二手衣物 there may be some cleaning/ selecting to do, more work maybe.
