可否calim 個人免稅額
當然可以
你老公/老婆是同你不同個體
不過，假如本來是已婚人士免稅額(因為老公/老婆冇收入，申請join assessment)
咁就只可以有，個人免稅額
老公/老婆死咗，就冇己婚人士免稅額(除非你再嫁)
已婚人士免稅額是200,000
個人免稅額是100,000
