I follow the tips I learned in Anger Management.
1. Leave the Room before the Fight Becomes Physical
2. Stay away from the Person you are Fighting with
3. Watch TV
4. Read A Book
5. Light some Scented Candles and Relax
6. Count to 10
7. Watch a DVD and Light Candles
8. Put a Sign on Your Door Saying Do Not Disturb
9. Take a Nap (if candles are lite blow them out first)
10. Go For a Walk or Exercise
11. Cuddle Up with a Stuffed Animal
12. Have a Good Cry (it releases Stress and other Bad Feelings)
