我想問下我隻腳

我想問呢如果日日都keep住做兔仔跳,隻腳會唔會變左EL嫁(elephant legs)????
更新1:

但係我好中2 swimming嫁  轉池果時我需要隻腳ge力量令我推前,咁樣可以令我游得快D 咁我想問我可以用D咩方法黎訓我隻腳大力d呀???????

唔會粗, 不過會令你個膝頭受傷
呢一種訓練,係好耐以前已經唔用,係得拍戲先會用呀

日子久了會變像腳,如你想減胖胖腳又不想唗錢,可以試下跑步
1:減小腿可以跑上樓梯(但千萬不要向下跑)加快跑平地
2:減大腿只有-個方法就是勁步跑(但千萬要注意資勢)
3:如你只想做-些收緊運動,其實-般的行路或基本半小時運動就可以
但記著無論做任可運動事前和事後都要做半小時熱身和做完劇烈運動後要慢行或原地企令心臟平伏才可坐下,還有就是不要即時沖涼和涼風吹冷氣等,最小要等半小時令皮膚毛孔收縮就不會凍親生病,還有就是運動後1小時內不要大量喝水(少許可以)會引致腳部水腫

depends your gender really, because if you are a male, your are more likely to build up more muscles on your legs, BUT if you are a female, the chance to build up MASSIVE musules on your legs are more unlikely than males. But if You are scared, dont do 兔仔跳, do the ' DUCK WALK' instead, 'DUCK walk' is not very intense and yet very effective against fats on legs, and waist. DO about 30 per day, then your body will be a lot slimmer after about 4~6 months.
