r = k square root of ( v / h)If h increase by 40% and v decreases by 65%, then
r = k (square root of (1-0.65) v) / (square root of (1+0.4)h)
r = k square root of (0.35 v / 1.4 h)
r = 0.5 ksquare root of (v/h)
therfore, percentage of r change is decrease 50%
