1, new flash file (size i.e. 200x50)
2, create new movie object (SCROLLER)
3, write the thing you want to scroll inside SCROLLER
4, create new movie object (Banner)
5, put SCROLLER at frame 1 layer 1 at (0,0)
6, right click on frame to create motion tween
7, put another SCROLLER at frame 1 layer 2 at (200,0)
8, right click on frame to create motion tween
9, at frame 50 of Banner create key frames for both layers
10, in frame 50 layer 1 put the SCROLLER at (-200,0)
11, in frame 50 layer 2 put the SCROLLER at (0,0)
12, put that Banner in Scene 1 layer 1 frame 1 (0,0)
