女兒節的由來：(Daughter festival origin)
據說在日本的平安時代(794─1192)受到當時唐朝（618─907）上巳日的風俗影響，三月初巳日人們用紙做成人形狀，意思是將自己身體的不適轉移到人形上去，然後放入河流飄走。現在日本仍有些地方保持這種習俗。在3月3日的傍晚舉行儀式，把各式各樣的人形娃娃隨著供品漂流到河裡去，病痛災難遠遠的漂走，祈求更健康、平安。
