We always hear People says ' Excuse me'
but I heard someone say 'excuse us'
I want to know if 'Excuse us' is also correct

Both are correct!Excuse me - we use it when we are alone.
Excuse us - we use it when there are more then one of us. Like two people are moving a trolley and ask the others to give them ways, they will use "Excuse us!"

Yes, excuse us is correct. Excuse us is used when more than one person wantto be excused
