Are you going to attend an interview? I think you are provide about informations about the TDP and the company. Anyway, I try to figure out the answers1. First of all, I think that talent and potential are the most important elements in the career development. And as I found that the talent development program which organized by your company is different from the others. So, these are the reasons for me to join this program.
2. Through this program, I expect to development my talent and discover my potentials in order to success in my career ladder. Besides, I hope the company may give opportunities for me to development my career and help the company to achieve the goals.
3. After attending the TDP, I have confidence to helping company to increase the sales volume, solving problems efficiently by my talents
