1800 is a very good stock.... my suggestions are (1) do not sell, expecting for $11 (2) the PRC govt will invest 3800 billion of RMB for infrastructure in the next 5 yrs, 1800 as the biggest infrastructure company and owed by the Central Govt, if it can take 30% of such contracts, the year-end income will be enormous.

For 1886 and 546, i have no comment, since i have not yet studied about them.
