維他命丸-善存Centrum怎樣服用?咬碎or 吞 ?

You are suppose to swallow it. That's what I do everyday. It's not so big once you get used to it but if you really can't swallow it, then break them in half or bits, it's the same.

你試下吞，吞唔到就咬碎，咬唔碎就唔好吃

而且為什麼要吃維他命丸呢？
