The image on my computer monitor has started to shake, how can I fix the problem?

Im not sure what kind of monitor if its a big old school one. then you need to degauss it. Something to do with building up static. and usually you can acess it with the menu button on the front of your monitor.

Right click on an empty space on your desktop and choose "Properties". From there, click on "Settings", and then on "Advanced". Once there, click on "Monitor" and then about in the middle of that window you'll see an option to change the refresh rate of your monitor. Try changing it from 60 hertz to 75 hertz. That often does the trick for monitors that shake. Hope this helps.

first try a virus scan to see if you might have a virus, sometimes they can do that, if the does not work check in your troubleshooting for your computer, if you cannot find anything call you tech support and they will eb able to tell you more about the problem and what you would have to do about it, i wish you good luck with your computer. hope you are able to get it fixed

Use the degass function on the monitor. Do you have any other electronics near your monitor? They sometimes emitt electromagnetic waves that cause interference with the monitor. Also, any fluorescent light? I've seen it causes the monitor to flicker.

Give the monitor a good shot on the side and consider a new monitor.
