> usually, we have to point out our objective or key point at the very beginning of message in order to deliever our main idea clearly at the first moment


When asking questions in a request message

>since it is a request message, one should begin with the most important question so that people could take more notice on it. Open-ended questions is sometimes very helpful in guilding people to consider the request information. Of course, it is by no meant to ask for information that we already have solution.
