C a= 0.845 (cor. to 3 sig. fig.)

Why the answer of this question is C not D? If the answer is C, the value of a could be 0.8453 or above, which is greater than 0.8452.

a 的可能值係 0.8448, 0.8449, 0.8450 , 0.8451, 0.8452 等
咁a 一定係 0.845 (3 sig) (答案c)
佢問係以上 的範圍內的a 呀
你個0.8353 的確可以係= 0.845 (3sig) 但佢已經不在a的範圍內了

a is lesser than 0.8452 and not lesser than 0.84505, D is incorrect.
It is asking you that if '0.8448< a < 0.8452',
not 'if a=0.845 (cor. to 3 sig. fig.) ora= 0.8450( cor.to 4 sig. fig)'
so C is correct
