為何會出現這情況?~?第一..傍晚時分正值是中西區的放工時間......
第二.在中西區....由於沒有笫二條巴士前往華明,聯和墟一帶..所以出現這情況
笫三..放工人多數搭1XX的巴士,,可能不想轉車

There are several reasons.
First of all, It is faster then MTR+KCR.You are no need to interchange with anything.
Secondly, unlike MTR or KCR, bus is faster and easier to get a seat.
At last, maybe not all the people who get on this bus only go to Sheung Shui. They may go to Shenzhen with a KCR/bus trip.(Simliar case is the A43)

這幅相片不是在上環巴士總站拍的, 應該在中環Wing Lung Bank站拍的.
