1 - Sleep before 10pm (but that is not easy for HK living lifestyle - sleeping before 12 is consider acceptable). This is because from 10pm to 2am is best time to rest and revive our mind and body.

2 - Have at least 8 hours of sleep everyday.
E.g. Sleep at 11pm, Wake up at 7am

3 - Make it a habit to sleep at the SAME TIME everynight.

“早睡早起”是個好習慣。因為它能使人精力充沛,保持清晰頭腦。對于成年人來說,每晚10點左右是入睡的最佳時間,早晨最好6點起床。參加高考的學生保持充足的睡眠,目的是避免熬夜太久、影響考場發揮。一個成年人每天最好能保持8小時以上的睡眠時間,7─8小時是一個比較合理的睡眠時間。
