1 - Sleep before 10pm (but that is not easy for HK living lifestyle - sleeping before 12 is consider acceptable). This is because from 10pm to 2am is best time to rest and revive our mind and body.
2 - Have at least 8 hours of sleep everyday.
E.g. Sleep at 11pm, Wake up at 7am
3 - Make it a habit to sleep at the SAME TIME everynight.
