小孩因鼻膜薄，常常流鼻血，有什麼補救辦法？

步 入 夏 天 ， 不 少 人 以 為 潮 濕 的 空 氣 下 ， 青 少 年 因 乾 燥 而 流 鼻 血 的 情 形 ， 一 定 可 以 受 到 控 制 。 但 實 情 卻 非 如 此 ， 因 為 如 果 鼻 黏 膜 過 薄 ， 夏 天 冬 天 都 是 流 鼻 血 的 季 節 。 甚 至 乎 情 緒 激 動 ， 也 是 鼻 腔 突 發 性 出 血 的 主 因 。
一 般 的 鼻 出 血 ， 只 要 用 手 在 鼻 翼 朝 鼻 中 隔 位 置 用 力 按 十 分 鐘 ， 然 後 暫 時 用 口 呼 吸 ， 就 會 自 動 止 血 。 但 若 流 血 者 經 常 性 難 以 止 血 ， 就 不 妨 向 醫 生 要 求 給 予 一 些 「 止 血 棉 」 備 用 ， 當 流 鼻 血 不 止 時 ， 只 要 塞 入 一 小 片 已 可 止 血 ， 但 由 於 藥 性 較 重 ， 所 以 如 無 必 要 ， 不 應 經 常 性 使 用 。

時常流鼻血的問題我的建議是多用食療，
首先要知道那些食物可以用來止血，
依照我查了止血藥中，
以藕節最合適，
再次是參三七，

I have the same problem too since young. I easily have nose-bleed even just have a light sneeze or have blood running down to the thoat too.

I have check-up at ear-nose-thoat speacilist, which the doctor put a stick-mirror thu your nose to see if there's any problem.

My nose membrane is very thin, so it just so easy to bleed even not tonch the nose. My doctor said the only way to cure it is to have a operation to thicken up the nose membrane, whcih I didn't take.

For myself, I drink alot of hot honey lemon water on those dry days.
