what structures in a tooth is/are rich in calcium salts?
enamel, dentine, jaw bone.......etc.

not only enamel contain calcium salts?? any other structures?

enamel consists primarily of Calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate. Enamel, the hardest substance in the body and the richest in calcium salts (about 95% of dry weight).

Dentin, a calcified connective tissue that gives the tooth its basic shape and rigidity. it is harder than bone because of its higher content of calcium salts (70% of dry weight)

Therefore, I think enamel has the most calcium salts.
