Kowloon Park and have ice-cream in McDonald. There is a big children playground area.

Hong Kong Park also have a big children playground area.

Tsuen Wan Shing Mun Kuk park & Tsuen Wan Yeung Uk Road park are also very nice, very big and have a big children playground area.

I like Shing Mun Kuk park the best.

Other than that, I usually take my child to the club house of some private estates. You only need to know someone who live there and are willing to take you to the club house.
