Factory packed goods onto truck or ship or air then sending to Hong Kong CFS, may be trucker CFS, carrier's CFS or Air Forwarders's CFS

Beforehand when trading with china factory, you and your factory must decide and agree together, who should pay transportation charge, upto or not upto freight forwarders warehouse.
Normally after goods delivered into freight forwarder warehouse, all charges will be paid by you.
