You can first try some easier english books. Taking notes for new vocabulary and grammar items is useful to help you to memerise the things. You must read and study your notes regugarly. It will be hard but you must try to quit the bade habit of being headache when you read english. You can do more exercises. Some of the courses held outside may be helpful. But you must help yourself.
