To change these verbs into their past tense, all you need to do is to put -d/-ed at their end. Usually, when a verb end with a 'e', you just need to put -d otherwise use -ed. So
arrive>arriveD, want>wantED, shout>shoutED, look>lookED, talk>talkED and enjoy>enjoyED.

In most of the time, past tense of most of the verbs is simply adding a -d//-ed at the end unless they have a specific form or another words like catch. Its past tense is caught. Some of them dont even require a change in spelling like set. Past tense is still set.Not many of these you need to memorise. Look at the back of dictionary, they usually have a list of these verbs.
